Enables setting asset states (e.g., "In Use," "In Transit").
Allows IT teams to freeze, unfreeze, or unenroll devices based on state changes.

Ensures up-to-date device data via seamless backend integration.

Barcode and QR Code Scanning

  • Effortlessly identify devices by scanning barcodes or QR codes directly in the app.
  • Supports multiple formats for compatibility with various devices and systems. Automatically filters out unnecessary information from serial scans for clean results.
  • Allows manual entry of serial numbers when scanning isn't possible.
  • Zoom functionality enhances precision for scanning smaller or difficult-to-read code

Microsoft User Authentication
Users will be authenticated using their existing Microsoft Azure credentials, including any applied security policies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Role-Based Access Control
Features and actions are tailored to user roles (e.g., read-only, user, freeze-specific). Asset State changes can automatically trigger actions, such as automatically unenrolling a device when its state is set to "Retired”.

Active Company Device Alerts
Warns users when unenrolling critical devices, highlighting reasons like recent activity, domain association, or active warranties.
